Join us as we celebrate 15 years in business this January 7th, 2022!
The fun isn't just for one day though, to say thank you to our patients and the community who supported us all these years we're doing 3 giveaways and letting you enter from Monday, Jan 3rd to Friday, Jan 7th! We will close out the week-long celebration on the 7th with an extravaganza at Rockford Wellness Center. Stop in all day on the 7th to say Hello!, Â have some soup, and celebrate with us! The winners for the giveaway will be announced on Friday at the end of the business day!

You can enter once per day every day till we announce the winner! We are giving away a 55inch flat screen smart tv, an air fryer, and an Instantpot!
